This course introduces accounting theory as applied to partnerships bankruptcy, multinational transactions and derivative instruments. The course includes research projects using Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB) Codification and other authoritative sources.

Prerequisites: ACCT 2310 and ACCT 3303 and ACCT 3311 and ACCT 3312 and ACCT 4390 and admission to the Master of Accountancy program.
