COSC 3330 - Fundamentals of Networking with Cloud Computing

Required for COSC major, IT major and minor, and elective for COSC minor. Topics include methods of data transmission, hardware systems, error detection, network architecture and protocol definition. Application studies include satellite services, choosing voice data switches, LAN configuration, and cloud computing. Students must have a laptop computer.

Prerequisites: COSC 1340, or COIS 2350.
