This course provides prospective teachers with practical, inclusive techniques for teaching EC-6 students with special learning needs. The course will emphasize current methods for identification of students who are exceptional learners and effective teaching strategies for use with those students, both learning disabled and gifted and talented/ advanced learners.

Prerequisites: Junior standing.
