General pharmacology of drugs acting on the autonomic, cardiovascular, and central nervous systems. Included are principles governing drugreceptor interactions, dose-response relationships, desensitization, and tolerance. Required for all ESHP majors with athletic training emphasis.
Prerequisites: Senior standing, or permission of the instructor and completion of BIOL 2401 or BIOL 2402 , or KINE 4320 . Lecture Hours: 1 Lab Hours: 0
