Basic numerical methods for function evaluation, root finding, evaluation of integrals, simultaneous linear equations, and ordinary differential equations. (Also cross-listed as COSC 4331.) Required for the computer science major and optional for the mathematics major.
Prerequisites: COSC 1325 and MATH 2421 and MATH 2340 .
