A study of professional selling techniques that leads to long-term marketing exchange relationships in the business environment. The course combines theory with practice to enhance understanding of the sales process. Emphasis is placed on strategic planning, questioning, communication skills, dealing with objections, obtaining commitment, and building relationships.

Prerequisites: BUSI 3340 , or permission of instructor.
