This course uses simulations and creations of alternative histories to convey the opportunities and costs associated with inter- nationally focused and isolationist foreign policies. Particular emphasis is placed on historical and current US policies toward its neighbors in the Western Hemispheres, the rise and decline of the US as a global hegemon, the Cold War and the US
Prerequisites: POSC 2310 and junior or senior standing.
